Swimming Pool Rules & Regulations
/

Hours of operation can be found in the Hours & Locations page

Fire Route Parking /

Residents are reminded that at no time are they permitted to park in the Fire Routes in the complex. The City of Burlington will issue tickets for anyone found in the Fire Routes in the garage and in the upper aisleways.

Storage in the Garage /

Residents are reminded that effective November 1, 2005, there is a zero tolerance policy to residents storing any unapproved items in the garage. These items will be taken away and disposed of with no further notice and the cost for the disposal will be $25.

Pets /

We remind all residents with pets that they must be leashed while on the common elements of the complex (this includes cats and dogs). You are required to pick up after your pets on each occasion that they are let outside. Neglected animal droppings present a health concern for children and generally detract from the overall appearance of the complex.

Garbage and Recycling /

Garbage pick-up is on Monday and Thursdays. Please do not place your garbage out on the end of your parking areas before 7:00 pm the night before pick-up. Please also ensure that all bags are not overfilled and that they are properly tied so that they will not fall open when picked up.

The following items are also to be placed out with your garbage at the end of your pillars on garbage day.

– all boxes & cardboard is to be cut up, flattened & tied

– all newspapers are to be bundled

Residents are reminded to comply with the Region of Halton’s policies for recycling. Please place all recyclable items in the appropriate bins in the main aisle or in the area beside Unit 16 in the garage. Cans & glass containers must be washed

The recycling area is not a location for residents to dump off their garbage which is not taken away by the Region with regular pick-ups. Every time something is left in this area, the Corporation ends up paying for its disposal. This costs everyone money.
