FAQ’s

Let’s face it………we all have questions here! Hopefully, this is where we can answer some of them.

Please reference the following FAQ’s and use the search feature to the right for your question. If you are unable to find the information you are looking for, please send a note below and we will look into your query.

  • How / where can I get a new key or pass card?
    Answer/ _All extra access cards, keys and garage remotes are available by contacting Stu Angus in Unit 83 or by phone at 905-333-9302
  • Who do I contact for pest / rodent control?
    Answer/ _The Corporation maintains a contract with All Pest Control Services.  If you are experiencing any pest related nuisances, please call All Pest directly at 572-1177 and they will make the necessary arrangements to resolve the problem.
  • Who can park in visitor parking and when?
    Answer/ _Residents are reminded that Visitor Parking is intended for Visitors only. If you have a Visitor staying for an extended period of time, you must notify the Manager of the license plate or it may be ticketed. Residents parking in the visitors spaces will be ticketed.
  • Recycling & garbage pickup times and regulations?
    Answer/ _Garbage pick-up is on Monday and Thursdays. Please do not place your garbage out on the end of your parking areas before 7:00 pm the night before pick-up. Please also ensure that all bags are not overfilled and that they are properly tied so that they will not fall open when picked up.
    The following items are also to be placed out with your garbage at the end of your pillars on garbage day.
    – all boxes & cardboard is to be cut up, flattened & tied
    – all newspapers are to be bundledResidents are reminded to comply with the Region of Halton’s policies for recycling. Please place all recyclable items in the appropriate bins in the main aisle or in the area beside Unit 16 in the garage. Cans & glass containers must be washed

    The recycling area is not a location for residents to dump off their garbage which is not taken away by the Region with regular pick-ups. Every time something is left in this area, the Corporation ends up paying for its disposal. This costs every one money.
